I have thought lately that classic cars have become much more fashionable. Can't help but think its a bit like smoking in that it is seen as a little rebellious to own an old (environmentally unfriendly) car. i know there is the argument that we are the ultimate recyclers but to be honest its not how most people think, and I dont claim this is the main motivaion to run my Rover.

I mean - you see classics in ads on tv and in the papers, in programmes on telly as well. Cool people all like being seen in them - strange don't you think? Not just ferraris either - although Astons and such are extremely expensive again - ordinary stuff seems to have a cool edge as well.

Why not join into my new hobby of 'classic spotting' ? You can do it from the comfort of your own living room and it livens up even the most dreary programmes.
