There is an administration charge of £2.50 per car per day to cover the cost of postage and your plaque. On receipt of a Cheque or postal order each display vehicle entered will receive a pass for each event booked allowing entry to the site for TWO Adults and an unlimited number of Children and OAP’s (or 4 people aged four years or over at Knebworth and Blenheim) . Any additional adults arriving in the vehicle will be required to pay the normal customer admission price.  The passes are valid until 11.30am on the day of the event thereafter all occupants of classic cars will be charged the normal admission price irrespective of if they have a pass or not. There is a cut off deadline for booking all shows is the Friday either nine or ten days prior to each event after which passes will not be sent out.  After this date classic car owners can still participate in the show, subject to space, but will be required to pay the normal customer admission price on arrival at the event.   

If you are a club please complete the table overleaf with the number of pre 1993 cars you wish to bring to each event you will be allocated space accordingly.  Please note that this forms is for pre 1993 classic cars only and the passes are not valid on post 1993 cars unless by prior arrangement. It is the responsibility of the club stand organiser to distribute tickets prior to the event not the responsibility of our gate staff on the day.

If you are a private entry please indicate which events you will be attending using the table overleaf but do not forget to fill in your vehicle details below. There will be sections in which to display your vehicle marked off for you on arrival at each event except both Newbury events and Malvern in November.

Classic Cars for sale are allowed to participate all we ask is that you do not pre book but pay the normal customer admission price on the day and if you sell your vehicle good luck to you!! Please note that Sports Car Sunday on 27th July at Capesthorne Hall is open to sports cars only, the maximum number of cars on a club stand at Cholmondeley Castle is 15, and the minimum number for club displays at all events is 3 cars.  The shows at Newbury Racecourse are organised by John Brown (01422 344600) but we take the vehicle bookings on his behalf.
