RP6C Harrow / North West London get-togetherRP6C Harrow / North West London get-together - Tuesday 11 May - 8pm This new P6 bi-monthly get-together starts at 8pm on the second Tuesday of odd months at the 'Case is Altered', High Road, Eastcote, Pinner, HA5 2EW The first get-together will be on Tuesday 11 May starting at 8pm. I will be there and this is an open invitation to anyone else to come along. Hopefully it will be a success and become a regular thing. But this depends on you so please diarise it now so you do not forget to come. Anyone is welcome whether they belong to any P6 Club or no club at all. The 'Case is Altered' is a lovely pub with a good car park and a lane to park in between the pub and Eastcote Cricket Ground opposite if the car park is busy. The pub is about 2 minutes from the A404 at Pinner Green traffic lights which is about 15 minutes from the M40, M1 and M25. Further details of this splendid pub and how to get there are on the pub website. www.caseisalteredpinner.co.uk If possible please let me know if you will be there but do come along anyway. You can contact me (AJCB) via the Classic Rover Forum at www.classicroverforum.com or direct via email Best Wishes, Tony Bunting Location: The case is altered is on the B466 out of Pinner Green. Coming from Hatch End you follow the A404 Uxbridge Road to the traffic lights at Pinner Green. Go straight through the traffic lights (remaining on the A404 which becomes the Rickmansworth Road (A404)) and almost immediately pass a Shell Garage and then a mini roundabout with Tesco on your left. After a few more yards fork left into Cuckoo Hill (B466) which becomes Eastcote High Road (B466). You will see the pub on your right about 2 minutes drive after turning into the B466. It is set back from the road immediately before Southill Lane. [Please note, this is a general Rover meet that has now been adopted by the RP6C and the Committee would like to thank everyone involved in making this a successful RP6C branch. The Committee and branch organisers would like to re-iterate that all Rover enthusiasts are welcome to attend] By markGray at 28/02/2010 - 12:18 | login or register to post comments | email this page | printer friendly version
